If you intend to marry or form a civil partnership in the UK, you may apply for a Fiancé(e) Visa or Proposed Civil Partner Visa. These visas are valid for six months and require you to marry or register your partnership within that time. Afterward, you can switch to a Spouse or Civil Partner Visa.
